Services Disclaimer

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support your personal growth, clarity, and well-being. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If such support is needed, you agree to seek help from a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee any specific results from coaching sessions. Your progress depends on your own efforts, commitment, and follow-through.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or participate in coaching services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment for sessions is due in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Exceptions to this policy are at our sole discretion.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Show up on time and prepared for your sessions.
• Be open, honest, and committed to your growth.
• Understand that coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on your active participation.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

While we do our best to protect your information, please be aware that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, downloads, and materials — is the intellectual property of Straight to the Root unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching services, including indirect or consequential damages.
